  • Drafting, reviewing, and consulting all types of agreements required for employment relationships of legal entities such as Employment agreements, Agreements for entire liability of property, Training agreements, Confidentiality agreements, Non-competition agreements;
  • Drafting, reviewing, and advising on internal labor regulations, employee data processing, and storage procedures, and other instructions and recommendations required for the employment relationship of legal entities
  • Organizing training related to labor laws and regulations;
  • Consulting in relation to industrial accidents;
  • Drafting and reviewing any orders and decisions issued by the organization’s director;
  • Providing legal advice on all types of disputes arising in connection with employment relations, such as unjustified dismissals, demotions, reinstatements, shift leave, underpayment of wages, property damage to the organization, and misappropriation of the organization’s funds;
  • Provide advocacy services to employers and employees in disputes related to employment relations.
